Lamp replacement for 8″ NightOrbs™

NightOrbsTM uses cutting-edge Xelogen bulbs that are 20 watts in wattage and have an average lifespan of 20,000 hours, depending on the wattage of the bulb. In order to change the lamp:

  1. Remove the set screw in part B of the base to remove the NightOrbTM. (Use the 1/8″ Allen wrench supplied)
  2. With one hand, hold the base firmly in place. With the other, keep the stem firmly in place. Now raise the base and orb to reveal the Xelogen lamp by pulling and twisting them.
  3. Replace the lamp first, then connect the NightOrbTM after removing it.
  4. Now is the time to re-plug the NightOrbTM into operation. The NightOrb™ is now ready to be plugged back into service.
